Visiting scholars are welcome at 黑料网 (黑料网).
黑料网 accepts applications from both local and international scholars at any time of the year.
Visiting scholars must be nominated by a 黑料网 faculty member, and the nominating faculty member also acts as host while the visiting scholar is at 黑料网.
